Adrianne Ortiz (CSCS, PES, FMS) is the Director of Sports Performance
Training at Fasttwitchtraininginc where she has designed and implemented training programs for elite and adolescent athletes. Adrianne organized programs for multiple collegiate and sports clubs ranging from soccer, lacrosse, rugby,
volleyball, basketball, tennis and football.
Adrianne recently certified as a Underarmour Combine360 Coach.
Adrianne’s ten years of strength and conditioning experience and faithful devotion to education provided a platform to launch a co-op with Temple University. Her passion for inspiring a strong student-athlete relationship wasrecognized by Temple University Kinesiology Department. Adrianne distinctive
approach to human movement training has molded interns into top notch strength coaches and athletes.
Her track record of strong, fast, injury-free high school and scholarship collegiate athletes have been recognized the the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA). She recently co-authored a youth training book( IYCA) and will be published next year. Adrianne is the featured a
as the leader in developing female high school athletes.
